18/07/2011:  ASM Trainee Day 7th October 2011.   The ROTC will be running a Trainee Day at the Annual Scientific Meeting this year.  This will include trainee specific educational sessions, the Varian Session, feedback sessions and other activities.  This is currently scheduled for the 7th of October and we hope to see you there.

rotc.org.au has been created by the Website Management Committee (WMC) of the ROTC for the benefit of the wider Australasian Radiation Oncology trainee community.
The purpose was to create an online community for trainees where they may have:

• a registrar specific online service that would assist in aspects of your Radiation Oncology training.
• access to online educational resources and course materials from state based and national events.
• ability to learn of nationwide employment and fellowship opportunities and share their experiences.
• the ability to collaborate with other Radiation Oncology trainees, professionally and personally.

The project is endorsed and supported by but not administered by the Faculty of Radiation Oncology and it is envisaged that the content of this website will eventually be migrated to the upgraded RANZCR website. The College is currently in the process of implementing changes to the RANZCR website and we plan to continue to collaborate with them to improve online services for trainees.
